Long Energy Endurance powder is a preparation for a very energetic isotonic drink. It was specially designed to meet the needs of prolonged sporting exercise. In particular it provides: - Excellent energy intake from its significant content of simple and complex carbohydrates, essential for very prolonged exercise. - Optimum dehydration: taken before exercise, it allows you to optimise fluid stocks before the start. Then, during the exercise, it helps to improve performance and endurance over very long distances, and finally it helps recovery after exercise. - An intake of micro-nutrients, particularly vitamin B1 that contribute to converting food into energy and vitamins C and E that are involved in the antioxidant protection of cellular components. When to eat
While warming up (150 ml every 15 min) and regularly during and after exercise (up to 2 hours after exercise) (150 ml every 15 min). Procedure for preparing a portion: dilute 7 spoons in 500 ml of water.
Recommended during very prolonged exercise, ideal for exercise under low temperature conditions.
